HAT HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read our terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase.

 

Our hire prices start from as little as £10 to £65 for our designer bespoke range

We can post hired hats to wherever you live by next day, subject to the order being made before 12 noon.  Postage is added to the hire charge. We offer a before 10am carriage option and are also able to deliver on weekends, surcharges apply.

 

If  the hat is lost or damaged then the ammount payable is the wholesale value of the hat plus an extra hire charge.

 

The agreement states the value to replace the particular item if lost, stolen or damaged (including any dents, loss of decoration or water damage.)

The value must be paid to Love That Hat by the customer should this happen.

 

Hire duration is for five days, but if the hat needs to be taken abroad  for a longer periond then there maybe an extra charge' if the hat is not returned within the normal five day period extra charges may be made.

 

Cancellation of the hire hat must be no less than one month before the event in order for a refund to be issued.

 

Care should be taken when wearing a hat/headpiece in the rain and should be kept under an umberella as all hats/headpieces are very vunerable if subjected to rain.
