How much will it cost to hire a hat?
The headpieces range from £20 to £35 and the hats from £40 to £60. Most of the headpieces are £25 and the hats between £40 and £45. The more extravagant headpieces are charged at £35 and the hats £60. As an indicator of value for money, a hat that would cost between £180 and £220 in a department store will cost £45 to hire.

Payment can be made by either cash or cheque.

What happens if the hat is damaged?
Upon collection of the hat I take a £60 deposit. This is payable by either cash or cheque and is refundable upon return of the hat in the same condition in which it was received. Fortunately, I have not had any hats returned that have been damaged and have refunded all deposits.

How do I ensure the perfect match with my outfit?
Please do bring along your outfit when coming to try hats, if not all of it then at least the jacket or top. That way we can ensure we achieve a perfect match or contrast.

Pick up and return?
Hats can be collected two days prior to the hire date and dropped-off two days after. So, if for example you are wearing the hat to a wedding on the Saturday, it can be collected on the Thursday and dropped-off on the Monday. Longer hire periods can be arranged if necessary. If required I will deliver hats in the local area.

All hats are supplied wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a smart hat box.
